The service

RideYeah is a licensed chauffeur service operated by R Y Quiroz Luxury LLC (California TCP 41018-B) serving Los Angeles, Orange County and Ventura. Every price we show is the all-inclusive total: it includes the chauffeur, tolls, the wait time described below and the online service fee, and it is exactly what your card is charged. Gratuity is optional. Your ride is confirmed once the payment goes through.

Cancellation & no-show policy

• Free cancellation up to 6 hours before pickup

  Cancel 6 hours or more ahead and you get a full refund. Between 2 and 6 hours before pickup, 50% is refunded. Between 1 and 2 hours before pickup, 25% is refunded. Less than 1 hour before pickup, or if you do not show up, the ride is billed in full and there is no refund.

• No-show

  Your chauffeur waits 30 minutes at a home, hotel or business address. At the airport, 60 minutes on domestic flights and 90 minutes on international flights, counted from the moment your flight arrives at the gate. If we can't reach you after that time, the ride is billed in full as a no-show.

• Waiting time and extra miles

  Waiting beyond the included time is $1.66 per minute, and extra distance beyond the booked route is $1.50 per mile. We track your flight, so a late flight never counts as waiting.

• Gratuity and the price you see

  The gratuity you choose is optional. Every price we show is all-inclusive: it already includes the online service fee, and the total you see is exactly what your card is charged. No extra card fees, no hidden fees.

• Inside the vehicle

  No alcohol or smoking inside the vehicle. Service animals are always welcome. Child seats are available for a small fee and must be requested when booking.
